We paid extra for net seats and were glad we did as these were reserved only for people with wrist bands. stopped for about an hour and a half for food and a swim - food was well organised with chicken/pork as meat options, bread, salad and a free drink. Nets were very exposed to the sun (obviously) but the central area has tables and seats to shelter from the sun if necessary. You could also buy crisps and drinks.
